British Horse Feeds continued with their support at this year's Winter Dressage Championships held at Hartpury.

Charlotte Dujardin won the British Horse Feeds Advanced Medium Open for the second year running, riding to victory on Carl Hester's own horse Valegro.

Based at Finmere, Buckinghamshire, Charlotte (23) scored a massive 73.86% for her immaculate, fluent test. Valegro is a nine-year-old, Dutch-bred KWPN, 16.2hh dark bay gelding by Negro.

Charlotte has trained and worked for Carl since February 2007 and last year won the same class on her own horse Fernandez.

Nicola Mahoney won the British Horse Feeds Advanced Medium Restricted on 69.04%, riding Bel Ami, an eleven-year-old Hanoverian 16.2hh gelding by Bonheur.

Nicola travelled to the Championships from her home in Suffolk were she breeds and trains top quality dressage horses.

Said Nicola trained by Michel Assouline and Conrad Schumacher: "Bel Ami was very relaxed and well behaved and was a pleasure to ride."

Hartpury provided excellent facilities and panoramic viewing attracting huge entries from around the country in all levels for the Winter Championships.

Said Simon Parker of British Horse Feeds: "Hartpury is a great venue and it worked really well. Both our sponsored classes proved greatly entertaining with some top class riding."
