And after feeding well-known quick-soaking sugar beet feed Speedi-Beet to her horse, Julie from Hampshire decided to try Fibre-Beet also from British Horse Feeds with excellent results.

Despite having very little grass and in need of condition, Julie's Haflinger Alfred soon became calmer and more attentive but also fitter with good muscle tone after feeding Fibre-Beet.

Said Julie: "Alfred looks great, better than he has done in a long time. I wanted to make his feed more natural and easier to manage. He loves Fibre-Beet and I find it soaks so quickly I can put it straight into his feed bowls until its ready."

Julie recently took Alfred to the Royal Windsor Horse Show and came 2nd In Hand and 4th in the Ridden.

Added Julie: "Our results in the Haflinger breed classes speak for themselves."

Fibre-Beet is a formulated blend containing all the benefits of the original Speedi-Beet product with added high quality Alfalfa for condition. Alfalfa can help with topline and that extra finishing touch for competition horses or simply in maintaining weight and a healthy, shiny coat.

It also provides a good range of minerals, trace elements and amino acids. It can be used as a top dressing, or to replace hard feed and is extremely palatable.

Ideal for all types of horses and ponies, it is also beneficial to laminitics due to its high fibre, low sugar content and is approved by The Laminitis Trust. Fibre-Beet also contains Biotin to help maintain hoof integrity.

Fibre-Beet is soaked and ready to feed in only 45 minutes in cold water or 15 minutes in hot water.
