British Horse Feeds ambassador, Hannah Bown has fed Fibre-Beet to her dressage horse, Stanley for a number of years, which has helped him to gain weight and build muscle.
As Stanley started more intense work the demand on his energy requirements increased and Hannah felt he needed something extra in his diet to meet this need, so she began adding Cooked Linseed to his daily rations.
Cooked Linseed is a great source of slow release energy which makes it ideal for providing that extra bit of vigour required of a dressage horse in the arena without making the horse over-excitable.
With high levels of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids, Cooked Linseed also gives the coat added shine to really emphasis the condition of the coat.
Said Hannah: “At the start of the year I added Cooked Linseed to Stanley’s diet to help aid his energy levels as we began working at a higher level.
“The results have exceeded my expectations, not only does he have more energy, his muscle mass and topline has developed considerably and he is positively gleaming!
“Linseed and Fibre-Beet has become the perfect combination to keep him looking and feeling fantastic as we progress up the levels.”
British Horse Feeds Cooked Linseed is 100% whole linseed that has been cooked and micronised to provide the highest quality nutrition. This optimises the digestibility and bioavailability of its nutrients for your horse or pony.
Linseed is an ideal addition to any feeding regime as it is a key provider for protein and oil to help benefit performance, condition, skin and coat and general health.
