The British Horse Feeds Speedi-Beet HOYS Grade C Qualifiers held at Bramham Horse Trials was won by Pippa Funnell from Ockley, Surrey riding Tarzan XII, an eight-year-old gelding owned by Morten Aasen.
A starting field of 42 horses and riders came forward to be put through their paces over the challenging track. With problems coming all throughout the course, only four combinations jumped clear in the first round to return to contest the jump off. It was here that Pippa Funnell used all her experience to navigate Tarzan XII around the tricky jump off to cross the finish line with a double clear in 50.95 seconds.
